About the Board of Experts
Support for the Development of Culture and Art
It consists of a group of distinguished experts, experienced artists, university professors, and veteran cultural and artistic figures of the country who are responsible for the specialized evaluation of works submitted to the system. By adhering to the principles of impartiality, scientific precision, and a professional perspective, this board plays a decisive role in identifying and supporting distinguished works.
The Expert Panel’s mission is to evaluate submissions to the system accurately, systematically, and based on clear criteria, with the goal of improving the country’s cultural and artistic quality and identifying authentic talent. This board is responsible for providing expert feedback, suggesting improvements, and granting final approval or rejection of the works.

Comprehensive knowledge of the foundations of Islamic-Iranian culture and art.

After works are submitted by system users, the secretariat forwards them to the relevant expert panel.
Modern Evaluation
Works are evaluated using the latest expert assessment methods.
Evaluation of works based on specialized criteria
Experts evaluate the work based on criteria such as innovation, quality, alignment with cultural objectives, and social impact.
Requirement for Physical Inspection
If necessary, the original work will be sent to the specialized authenticity verification center for physical inspection.
Evaluation Result Notification in User Panel
The evaluation result will be recorded and visible in the user’s panel.
