Work Registration and Evaluation Process
The Cultural and Artistic Work Submission System of the Institute for the Development of Culture and Art has designed a fully electronic and structured process to streamline interaction between artists and supporting institutions. This section guides you through the step-by-step process of submitting and evaluating works on the platform.
System Registration
To access services, users must first register on the institute's official website. This stage involves completing personal details, cultural and artistic background, contact information, and professional portfolio.
Selecting Work Type & Call
Once logged into the user panel, the artist can select the type of their work from active calls or categories (Literature, Visual Arts, Audio, Video, Performing Arts, etc.).
Work Submission
In this step, the user completes the submission form and uploads the necessary files (text, image, video, audio, etc.). Upon successful submission, a unique tracking code is generated for the user.
Initial Secretariat Review
The secretariat performs an initial review to ensure data completeness, correct file formats, and alignment with the call requirements. If corrections are needed, messages will be sent to the user.
Referral to Expert Panel
Following initial approval, the work is referred to domain-specific experts. Evaluators review the work for content, innovation, alignment with cultural goals, impact, and artistic quality, maintaining impartiality and professional standards.
Final Result & Notification
After evaluation, the final result (Approved, Revision Needed, or Rejected) is displayed in the user panel. If approved, depending on the support program, the process of financial, moral, or official promotion begins.
Resubmission
In some cases, evaluators may provide suggestions to improve the quality of the work. The user can apply these corrections and resubmit the work for re-evaluation.
Track Status
All the steps above are trackable via the user panel. The user can view the status of their work and receive messages from the secretariat or evaluators at any stage.

Select Work Type & Call
After logging into the user panel, artists can select their work type from active calls or artistic categories (literary, visual, audio, video, performing arts, etc.).
Step 3
Submit Work
At this stage, users can register their submission by completing the relevant form and uploading the necessary files (e.g., text, images, videos, audio). Upon successful submission, a unique tracking code will be provided to the user.
Step 4
Initial Review by the Secretariat
At this stage, the secretariat performs an initial review to ensure information completeness, correct file formatting, and compliance with the call’s guidelines or the target category. If any revisions are required, the user will be notified accordingly.
Step 5
Referral to Expert Panel
Once initially approved, the submission is forwarded to subject matter experts in the relevant field for a specialized assessment. Adhering to professional and impartial standards, evaluators will review the work based on content, innovation, alignment with cultural objectives, impact, and artistic quality.
Step 6
Final Result & Notification
Upon completion of the evaluation, the final outcome (Approval, Revision Required, or Rejection) will be displayed in the user panel. If approved, the process for financial or non-financial support, or official institutional promotion of the work, will commence based on the specific call or support program.
Step 7
Submission of Work
In some cases, system reviewers may provide suggestions for qualitative improvement. The user can apply these revisions and resubmit their work to enter the re-evaluation phase.

All of the above stages can be monitored and tracked directly through your user dashboard. Users can view their submission status at any time and receive updates or feedback from the secretariat and evaluators.
